A space for what is changing, emerging, or asking for attention.

There are times when something in our lives asks for more than simply moving on.

An experience may have changed us. A familiar way of living may no longer fit. Something may be emerging that we cannot yet name. Or we may simply know that we need somewhere to begin.

My work offers different forms of support for meeting those moments with curiosity, care and attention.

Ways we can work together

Different forms of support for different moments and different needs.

Jungian coaching

Integration Coaching

A space between what you have discovered and how you choose to live.

Jungian coaching is an invitation to explore your inner world, engage with what emerges, and discover how it might find expression in your everyday life.

Rather than interpreting your experience for you, I accompany you in developing a relationship with it, discovering what it means to you, and finding your own way of bringing that understanding into life.

Psychotherapy & art therapy

Therapeutic Care

A space for what needs more time, depth and care.

Trauma-informed psychotherapy offers a therapeutic relationship in which experiences, patterns and difficulties can be explored with greater depth and continuity.

Depending on what feels most supportive, our work may be entirely verbal, primarily creative and art-based, or move between the two. You do not need to consider yourself artistic to engage in art therapy.

The approach grows around the person rather than asking the person to fit a particular method.

Not sure where to begin?

We can start with a conversation.

You do not need to know whether coaching, psychotherapy, art therapy, or another form of support makes the most sense before reaching out.

I offer a brief introductory consultation, free of charge, where we can meet and talk about what brings you here. You can ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see how it feels to be in conversation together.

We can think about what kind of support might best fit what you are navigating and whether something I offer feels appropriate.

And if it doesn't, that is useful information too.

About

The work behind the work

Over the past 15 years, my work in trauma-informed mental health support, alongside my own personal journey, has taught me that meaningful change does not always ask for the same kind of support.

  • Sometimes we need the depth and continuity of psychotherapy.
  • Sometimes we need somewhere to explore and integrate what an experience has opened.
  • Sometimes the first thing we need is simply a conversation that helps us understand what comes next.

My practice brings together trauma-informed psychotherapy, creative arts therapy and Jungian approaches to integration while keeping the person, rather than the method, at the centre of the work.
